Oil on wood, signed at the right low part of it. It is perfectly exhibited in a golden fine gold Empire frame. Excellent condition. Size : 30 x 46 centimeters.
Jules NOEL was born in Nancy, France in 1810 ( born under the name of Louis Assez Nöel). He died in Algeria in March 1881.
